We offer yoga and meditation sessions, workshops and retreats to bring balance and calm to the body and mind and lift the spirits. At our sessions we will guide you to stretch, strengthen and relax through poses, breathing exercises, mindfulness and meditation. We also offer takeaway tools and techniques for stress management and wellbeing.

Our aim is for our clients to leave our sessions feeling calm, restored and in control ready to face the world with a clear mind and open heart. Our yoga offering is inclusive to all with our main aim to bring the benefits of yoga to all ages and abilities and target those who need it most.

Over the years Atira Yoga has expanded to now offer tailored training on mental health and employee wellbeing, targeting both those working from home and on the frontline. I think it’s safe to say looking after our physical and mental health has never been more of a priority as we navigate the ever changing, challenging waters.

With more people than ever now working from home our aim is to help organisations build resilience and wellness in the new workplace to safeguard the wellbeing of the workforce and their ability to cope with day to day stressors..
